Grades and Transcripts

Learners Edge does not process transcripts. Please contact Lourdes University directly. It is recommended that your completed coursework arrive in the Learners Edge office at least 30 days prior to your transcript deadline.*Please see information below regarding transcript requests and processing times.

Please note: Student transcripts cannot be processed at certain times at the beginning of each semester. The dates are listed below. If you need your transcripts around that time, please complete your coursework and submit early enough to allow time for processing.

Specific Steps/Timelines

  • Learners Edge will evaluate all coursework within 7-10 business days of its arrival in our office or submission of your final online assignmentPlease note that this email does not indicate your transcript is ready to be ordered.
  • If you have provided a valid email address to Learners Edge, you will receive an email notification that a letter of completion is available. (You may receive multiple notifications if you have registered for multiple courses).
  • Please do not order or request transcripts from Lourdes University until you receive all grade emails for all courses from Learners Edge.
  • The grade will then be posted within the Lourdes University system within the next 4-5 business days. If you have more than one course that will be on the transcript, please allow 7-10 days after receiving confirmation from Learners Edge before requesting a transcript to ensure that all grades have been recorded. Due to the high volume, grades for work received at the end of the spring, summer or fall session, may take longer.(Lourdes University/Learners Edge will not be responsible for any transcript fees students incur for requesting transcripts before all grades are in).
  • Lourdes is unable to process transcripts during the following times in 2017-2018: Easter Break April 12-16; Memorial Day May 29; July 4; Labor Day September 4; Thanksgiving Break November 22-26; Christmas Break Dec. 25-Jan. 2; MLK Day January 15; Easter Break March 29-April 2.
