To receive graduate semester credit through Chadron State College, your application must start directly with CSC. Please visit their website for application information.

Coursework Due Dates

All completed coursework must be RECEIVED at Learners Edge by:

Spring Session: Apr. 15 (or first business day after this date)
Summer Session: Jul. 15 (or first business day after this date)
Fall Session: Nov. 15 (or first business day after this date)

Letters of Completion

Letters of Completion

Learners Edge will process and evaluate your coursework within 7-10 business days of receiving your materials. You will then receive a letter of completion via email for your course. If you are concerned about meeting your district’s transcript deadline, you may submit this email to your district documenting your completion of the course in advance of the transcript arriving. If you have special circumstances and require additional services, please contact us BEFORE sending in your coursework so that we may help you.

Please keep in mind that we are able to begin emailing letters of completion (and submitting grades to the university) on the following dates each semester:

  • Spring Session: January 2nd (or first business day after this date)
  • Summer Session: May 15th (or first business day after this date)
  • Fall Session: September 15th (or first business day after this date)

Transcripts

Transcript Information

Please have your completed coursework in the Learners Edge office at least 45 days prior to your transcript deadline.

  • Learners Edge will evaluate all coursework within 7-10 business days of its arrival in our office. The grade will then be submitted to Chadron State College. (Note: Chadron State College will post your grade(s) to your student record at the end of the term.)
  • You may access your grades online Log in using the NU ID number and password you received at the time you filled out your application. If you do not know your username and password, please call the IT department at 1-800-242-3766 or by email at helpdesk@csc.edu.
  • Click on the Student Center, click on Academic Records, View Unofficial Transcript. The unofficial transcript does take a minute to come up. Then you should be able to see your grade. You may choose to print a copy of your unofficial transcript.

Transcript Request Guidelines

  • Transcripts are free of charge.
  • All copies mailed to you are marked ―Issued to Student.
  • CSC accepts email transcript requests if you have the ability to scan your signature.
  • CSC accepts faxed requests for transcripts.
  • CSC will fax unofficial transcripts only.
  • CSC will not send a transcript if you have any financial holds on your account.

Official – Make sure recently completed courses have been posted prior to making a request. To request an official transcript, download a request form. Print and complete the transcript request form, and send to or fax a copy to the number listed on the bottom of the form:
