Coursework extensions/reinstatements will not be available through Aurora University.

Continuing education graduate credit is intended to fulfill requirements for license renewal/lane change when the student has obtained proper prior approval.

Grades and Transcripts

Learners Edge does not process transcripts. Please allow 2-3 business days after receiving your Learners Edge course completion email for your registration information and grade to be available at Aurora University.

Specific Steps/Timelines

  • It is recommended that your completed coursework be submitted to Learners Edge at least 30 days prior to your transcript deadline.
  • Learners Edge will evaluate all coursework within 7-10 business days of its submission to Learners Edge.
  • You will receive an email notification of course completion from Learners Edge. If you are registered for multiple courses, you will receive multiple emails of completion.
  • Learners Edge will submit your grade information to Aurora University.
  • Within approximately one week, an automated Aurora University email will be sent to you, notifying you of the availability of your academic grade(s).
  • Please fill out the transcript request form scan and email to reg@aurora.edu or fax it to 630-844-5463.
  • If you have any questions related to your student record, academic grade(s), transcript request(s), please contact Whitney Warren, Aurora University, at (630) 844-3845.
  • Transcripts with courses and academic grades for graduate credit are issued by:

Taxes

Tax Information

The University is required to report all qualified student charges to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). This reporting of charges lets students who qualify apply for a tax credit for those charges when filing a 1040 tax form.

To make sure that your charges are accurately reported, Aurora University needs your Social Security Number. Please fill out the W-9s form and fax it to the University at 630-844-3831, or mail it to the University at:
