Group Leader Registration Instructions

  • CREATE and/or LOGIN to your MY EDGE LOGIN Profile (under the Account link in the top right-hand corner of your screen).
  • After you have logged in or created your profile, click on the MY GROUP REGISTRATIONS link on the left side of your screen.
  • Click on the link – CREATE A NEW GROUP REGISTRATION On this screen, you will need to come up with a group name and fill in the name and email addresses of those that are interested in joining your group.
  • Your group will automatically be open for 22 days from the date of group creation.
  • Once you click SAVE GROUP at the bottom of the page, an email will be sent to all your group members alerting them to the fact that you have created a group and they are invited to join.
  • In order for the invited person to become part of your group, they simply have to use the GROUP CODE that is listed in the invitation email, or that you have provided to them when they create their online registration. As a group leader, you will also need to use the GROUP CODE when you register for your courses.
  • They can register for any course(s)/any session they desire. Once the group closes, they will be charged the adjusted course price based on the number of members in your group.
  • If all your group members have registered, and you do not want to wait the full 22 days until your group closes automatically, you are welcome to click on the SUBMIT FOR PROCESSING button at the bottom of your unique group page. (Please note: Learners Edge cannot see the list of invited group members so we do not know when all group member registrations are complete until  the group leader "submits" the group or it automatically closes.)
  • As a group leader, please make sure your group is closed prior to the session deadline to ensure chosen sessions are granted.  If your group closes after the session deadline, courses in the expired session will be moved to the next available session. 
  • The group(s) you have created will live under your www.learnersedgeinc.com PROFILE page and can be edited (add or remove group members) at any time while the group is open.
  • NOTE: Group Registration by Mail is the only way to process groups with members wishing to pay with checks and/or purchase orders. Print & mail or fax the Distance Learning/Online Registration Form. In addition to submitting all registrations together, please ensure the Group Leader completes and includes the Group Registration Cover Letter.

Group Member Registration Instructions

  • Within the email you received from your Group Leader, there is a GROUP CODE.  Please make a note of this.
  • Register for your course(s) on www.LearnersEdgeInc.com and use the Group Code during the check-out process.
  • Group members can register for any course and any session (you do not need to be registered for the same course). Registrations are tied together by the unique Group Code.
  • Your form of payment will be authorized at the full amount of your course registration.
  • The group will automatically close as noted in your initial email, or when your group leader chooses (whichever comes first).
  • Your group must be closed prior to the session deadline to ensure chosen sessions are granted.  If your group closes after the session deadline, courses in the expired session will be moved to the next available session. 
  • Based on the number of group members registered, your course pricing/form of payment will be adjusted to the appropriate pricing at time of processing.
  • Your course materials will be mailed to you and access to online courses will be granted within 1-2 days AFTER your group has been closed.
