Colorado State University-Pueblo partners with Learner’s Edge by offering graduate credit in association with Learner’s Edge print-based and online courses.

Official University Course Registration 

After you register with Learner's Edge and receive your course materials, you must officially register with the university. Grades cannot be submitted until this step is completed. NOTE: if you have not received your course materials from Learner's Edge, DO NOT complete the university registration. To complete the Registration Process, click here.

Please Note: Online University Registration will open on the following dates:

• Spring Session - September 1st (or first business day after this date)
• Summer Session - January 2nd (or first business day after this date)
• Fall Session - May 1st (or first business day after this date)

Grades/Transcripts

Please note: Learner's Edge does not process transcripts. Please contact CSU-Pueblo directly. It is recommended that your completed coursework arrive in our office at least 45 days prior to your transcript deadline.

Specific steps/timelines are as follows:

1. Learner’s Edge Inc. will evaluate all coursework within 10-15 business days of its arrival in our office or submission of your final online assignment.

If you have provided a valid email address to Learner's Edge upon initial registration, you will receive an email letter of completion. (You may receive multiple letters of completion if you have registered for multiple courses)

2. The grade will then be posted in the CSU-Pueblo system within the next 2-3 weeks. (Due to high volume, grades for work received at the end of the session may take up to 4 weeks.)

3. Once grades are posted in the CSU-Pueblo system your PID number will be emailed to the address you provided on the university registration form.

4. Please use your PID number to view and print your grades. Click here to login.

6. If you have any questions about accessing the student portal, please contact the CSU-Pueblo Records Office at 719-549-2261.
