Semester Dates

Continuing Education for Teachers

Fall Session

• We are able to begin submitting fall grades to our College/University partners on September 15th (or first business day after this date).
• Registrations will be accepted for this session through October 31.
• Completed Coursework must be RECEIVED at Learner's Edge by November 30 (or first business day after this date)

Spring Session

• We are able to begin submitting spring grades to our College/University partners on January 2nd (or first business day after this date).
• Registrations will be accepted for this session through March 15.
• Completed Coursework must be RECEIVED at Learner's Edge by  April 15 (or first business day after this date)

Summer Session

• We are able to begin submitting summer grades to our College/University partners May 15th (or first business day after this date).
• Registrations will be accepted for this session through July 15.
• Completed Coursework must be RECEIVED at Learner's Edge by  August 15 (or first business day after this date)

Important Notes

• Continuing Education materials will be mailed to you at time of registration, regardless of session.
• Continuing Education coursework may be completed and submitted BEFORE the end of the session if you have approaching lane change or licensure deadlines.

• If you are having trouble completing your continuing education coursework, extension requests are evaluated and granted on a case by case basis. Please complete the Learner’s Edge Coursework Extension Request Form and let us know how much time you need to complete your coursework.

If you miss the session ending date by one week or less, there is no need to ask for an extension, your coursework will be processed when it arrives.
