The WorldStrides mission is "Enriching Students’ Lives Through Experiential Travel" by extending education into the worldwide classroom and providing the best opportunity for learning through seeing, experiencing, and interacting. Committed to helping teachers teach and helping students learn, WorldStrides offers a variety of programs for elementary, middle, and high school students.

Graduate Credit

In cooperation with our academic partners, Learner’s Edge is pleased to offer WorldStrides members the opportunity to earn graduate semester credit. 
 

Course 989 Assignment Travel Study – 1–2 credits

THIS COURSE IS ONLY AVAILABLE TO WORLDSTRIDES MEMBERS
In this course, participants will use their WorldStrides student travel experiences as a springboard for curriculum design and student learning. Information gained from these field experiences can be used by educators in a variety of ways: curriculum development, a resource for students, a field experience site, and a resource for professional growth. Self-guided tours and exploration will invite participants to explore ways of incorporating the activities and sites into their curriculum and school programs. Graduate credit provided by Augustana College. Course syllabus will be provided following the registration process.

Our entire slate of self-paced graduate courses are also available to WorldStrides members.
