Augustana partners with Learner’s Edge by providing graduate credit in conjunction with our online and text-based distance learning courses, conferences and workshops as well as our exclusive i-course and book study programs.
Official College Course Registration
After you register with Learner’s Edge and receive your course materials, you must officially register with the college. Grades cannot be submitted until this step is completed.
Note: If you have not received your course materials from Learner’s Edge, DO NOT complete the college registration process. To complete the Registration Process click here.

Grades/Transcripts
As a general guideline, please allow 30 days to receive a transcript.
Specific steps/timelines are as follows:
Learner’s Edge Inc. will evaluate all coursework within 10 business days of its arrival in our office. If you have provided a valid email address to Learner’s Edge upon initial registration, you will receive an email letter of completion. (You may receive multiple letters of completion if you have registered for multiple courses.)
The grade will then be posted in the Augustana College system within the next 5 business days. Because of this window for processing time, please wait 5 business days after receiving our email letter of completion to request an official transcript from Augustana. This 5 day period ensures that your grade has time to be fully processed and posted in the Augustana system.
If you did not receive a letter of completion email from Learner’s Edge, you may call Learner’s Edge at 877-394-4930 to check on the status of your coursework.
If you receive a transcript with an incorrect grade, please call the Augustana registrar’s office at 605-274-4121.
